		<description>Hi Eric,&lt;br&gt;I liked the post.&lt;br&gt;Personaly, I consider the strategy as plan where focus part is pre-strategy. As such change of strategy is just a change in plan and not in values.&lt;br&gt;I wrote a post about this.
